Things you can achieve in the Response editor
Callout - Callout can be used to add different kind of notes based on the information that you add. It comes with four different colours each to specify it' s own purpose.
Checklist - You can add different checklists to your page to keep a note of any tasks or things you wish to do. Also strike it out after you complete them.
